NORMAL COOKING:
Step 1: For one measure of Upma mix take 3 measure of water in a vessel, add 1-2 tablespoon of Ghee, andbring it to boil.
Step 2: Add one measure of Upma mix to the same vessel while stirring continuously. Heat on medium flame for 3-4 minutes OR until the Upma starts thickening.
Step 3: Stop cooking, close the lid and allow it to rest for 1 minute. Garnish with Coriander and grated fresh Coconut & serve with Chutney of your choice & enjoy your snack.
