Ingredients

Rice Flakes (Poha), Mustard Seeds, Dry Coriander Leaves, Cumin, Turmeric Powder, Curry Leaves, Asofoetida, Green Chili, Peanuts, Sugar, Dehydrated Onion Flakes, Dehydrated Vegetables, Edible Oil (Cotton Seed Oil), Iodized Salt & Citric Acid (INS 330).

  • Correct quantity of water is important. Excess / Less water may change the desired results

NORMAL COOKING:

Step 1: Empty the entire content of this pouch in the flat bottom medium sized vessel / bowl.

Step 2: Take 200 ml (approx. 1 cup) of water OR cut the empty pouch along the dotted line below. Measure water upto the dotted line, boil it and add the boiling water to the Poha mix and stir well.

Step 3: Close the vessel / bowl with lid & wait for 5-6 minutes. Do not keep the vessel / bowl on stove.

Step 4: Open the lid, stir well , garnish with Coriander, dash of lemon, chopped onions &sevnamkeen to enjoy your snack.

MICROWAVE COOKING:

Step 1: Empty the entire content of this pouch in the flat bottom microwave safe vessel / bowl.

Step 2: Take 200 ml (approx. 1 cup) of water OR cut the empty pouch along the dotted line below. Measure water upto the dotted line, and add the normal water to the Poha mix and stir well, and microwave it for 2 minutes.

Step 3: Remove the vessel / bowl from the microwave, close with lid and wait for 5-6 minutes.

Step 4: Open the lid, stir well, garnish with Coriander, dash of lemon, chopped onions &sevnamkeento enjoy your snack.
