Ingredients:

Green Split Lentils (Moong Daal), Sugar, Vegetable Ghee, Milk Solids, Desi Ghee (Clarified Butter), Resins, Cardamom.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1: For one measure of Moong Daal Halwa Mix take 1 ½ measure of Milk in a vessel, add 2-3 tablespoon of Desi Ghee, and bring it to boil.

Step 2: Add one measure of Moong Daal Halwa Mix to the same vessel while stirring continuously. Heat on low to medium flame for 3-4 minutes while stirring continuously OR until the Moong Daal Halwa starts thickening.

Step 3:Stop cooking, add 1 tablespoon of Desi Ghee, close the lid and allow it to rest for 6-7 minute. Garnish with choice of Dry Fruits like Almonds, Pista, Cashew Nuts, Saffron & enjoy your dessert hot.

Note: You can also use water to make it, but we recommend to use only milk for best results.
