COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: For one measure of Suji Halwa Mix take 2 measure of Milk in a vessel, add 2-3 tablespoon of Desi Ghee, and bring it to boil.
Step 2: Add one measure of Suji Halwa Mix to the same vessel while stirring continuously. Heat on medium flame for 3-4 minutes while stirring continuously OR until the Suji Halwa starts thickening.
Step 3: Stop cooking, add 1 tablespoon of Desi Ghee, close the lid and allow it to rest for 1-2 minute. Garnish with choice of Dry Fruits like Almonds, Pista, Cashew Nuts, Saffron & enjoy your dessert hot.
Note: You can also use water to make it, but we recommend to use only milk for best results.
